No it isn't. "It is true that I love her" is a perfectly correct sentence, both in grammar and - crucially - in meaning. But it is not an objective fact. You've chosen to approach this linguistically, which is your downfall, you've in effect fucked your own argument, because there are several kinds of 'truth' - mathematical, scientific, moral, legal, and so on.
